2.1 Education Point is not recognized, accredited, or endorsed by any government body, educational institution, or industry standards organization.

2.2 The information and courses provided are for general educational purposes only and do not constitute official or accredited training.


3. Organizational Accounts

An Organization means any company utilizing the services/platform of Education Point to train their staff.

  • 3.1 Organizations may create accounts to manage their staff training.
  • 3.2 The organization is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and the management of their account.
  • 3.3 Organizations must obtain necessary consent from their staff members before creating user accounts for them.
  • 3.4 The organization is responsible for accessing, correcting, and deleting personal information, subject to legal obligations.
  • 3.5 Organizations may create custom courses using our platform tools.
  • 3.6 The organization retains ownership of the content they create but grants Education Point a license to host and deliver this content through our platform.
  • 3.7 Organizations are solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of the content they create.
  • 3.8 Organizations may assign courses to their staff members.
  • 3.9 Education Point provides tools for tracking course completion and staff progress, but organizations are responsible for ensuring their staff complete required training.
  • 3.10 While our platform can assist with tracking compliance-related training, organizations remain responsible for meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • 3.11 Education Point does not review or endorse custom content created by organizations.
  • 3.12 Organizations are responsible for ensuring their custom content is up-to-date, accurate, and complies with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • 3.13 Organizations retain ownership of custom content they create but grant Education Point a license to host and deliver this content.
  • 3.14 Organizations must respect intellectual property rights and not upload content they do not have the right to use.
  • 3.15 Organizational accounts may be subject to subscription fees based on the number of users or features used.
  • 3.16 Fees are clearly stated before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Termination
  • 3.17 Education Point reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • 3.18 Upon termination, organizations must download their custom content and training records within 7 days. After this period, data can be permanently deleted.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

  • Violate any Australian laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use the platform for any fraudulent or harmful purposes

6. Payment and Subscriptions
  • 6.1 All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
  • 6.2 Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Termination

Education Point reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable Australian laws and regulations.


8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  • 8.1 While we strive for accuracy, Education Point does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the content.
  • 8.2 Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to Terms

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law, with mediation as the first step before legal proceedings.
